Orange County Planning staff will produce a fourth
alternative (rural character). Phase II, which runs from May to December, will
involve serious deliberations by the Planning Group to review and analyze the
four alternative plans and determine desirable features to incorporate into a
recommended plan for the area.
The meeting was then turned over to Verla Insko, facilitator for the group.
Mrs. Insko is a forn'ter County Commissioner and now Director of the Center
for Peace Education.
