My goal is to keep it to a single double -sided sheet to reduce copying costa and simplify distribution. I have also gone with large type to enhance readability. 2, Schedule Chanqes - I suggest that we use Phase I to focus on the students' work. I propose that the April 6 meeting be devoted to the suitability analysis and alternatives the students are preparing and that we take Rural Character ideas to the group at the May 1A meeting. Irm attaching revised Phase I and II schedules to reflect these suggestions. 3 ) Consensus - I think additional discussion is needed can a wory,ing definition Of consensus. However, this can probably be deferred until May since the focus of the Planning Group for the next several meetings; will be assimilation of information rather than recommendations. 4) 8100sarp - I think a►. glossary of planning terms for the group would be very helpful.
