Do, <br />.01 <br />Elio Soldi distributed a memorandum dated November 15, 1995, which discussed incentives for <br />preservation of rural character and open space development emphasizing continuous open <br />spaces. He felt that it was important to adopt the Vision Statement. <br />Dan Teichman agreed with Elio Soldi that the adoption of a Vision Statement is critical to the <br />success of this Work Group's Vision. <br />It was decided that Implementation would be a priority item to discuss at the December <br />meeting. <br />Renee Price asked Gene Bell to prepare an overlay showing current commercial uses. <br />VALUES SUBCOMMITTEE: The members of this subcommittee are James Bumphus, Bob <br />Hall, Elio Soldi, Bob Strayhorn, Meg McKean and Lee Rafalow. Meg McKean mentioned the <br />County Attorney recommended several word changes. Other than those few changes, the <br />report has not changed from the one presented at the October meeting. This report will be <br />discussed at the December meeting. <br />IMPLEMENTATION SUBCOMMITTEE: This will be the first report at the December meeting. <br />The members of this Subcommittee are Curtis Bane, Renee Price, and Elio Soldi. Additional <br />members who have an interest working on this subcommittee are needed.
