In <br />that our subcommittee is so small, I've mailed the enclosed memo to all <br />Planning Group members and alternates inviting the participation of anyone who <br />is interested. <br />To provide a starting point for discussion, I've enclosed the sections on <br />implementation from the draft small area plans prepared by Chapel Hill and <br />Carrboro. As you know from previous correspondence, the public hearing at <br />which the Flexible Development Proposal will be presented is scheduled for next <br />Monday, November 27 at 7:30 PM. The hearing will be in the new Stanback <br />Middle School on NC 86 south of Hillsborough.
