ri <br />Gene Bell indicated that the State Legislature has not approved it as an option. <br />Lee Rafalow stated that he would look at tools and incentives and how they might be <br />applied. He asked that anyone else that would like to discuss this prior to the next <br />meeting contact him. <br />There being no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned.
