Thus, even though the ordinance only requires 0.92 <br />acre for a residential lot, soil constraints may result in <br />additional area (1. 85 acres on average) being required to meet <br />such standards. <br />4. Park land acquisition: Methods as well as service area <br />boundary and specifications on community park. <br />The Orange County Subdivision Regulations require at least one <br />thirty -fifth (1/35) of an acre is to be dedicated for each <br />dwelling unit proposed in a subdivision plan.
