Included is a Draft Impact Assessment prepared <br />by the UNC planning students. It is being provided so the Planning Group can <br />begin to understand some of the impacts of the various development strategies. <br />The students will be going through the report at our meeting on the 27th. Please <br />review it beforehand and be prepared to identify areas of concern as well areas <br />needing more elaboration or documentation. The students can address those <br />concerns (as well as those of County staff) in the final document. <br />
