8 <br />It was suggested that minutes and /or a newsletter be mailed to <br />all interested parties. Also, a community meeting was again <br />suggested. <br />Verla mentioned that prior to the next meeting a packet of <br />reading material will be sent to each member. The effectiveness <br />of this process depends on everyone reading this material. At <br />the next meeting, a proposal for each of the three alternatives <br />will be presented by the UNC students.
