As at our <br />last meeting, the main item of discussion will be plan implementation. The <br />Implementation Strategy Subcommittee met on February 22 to develop a revised <br />proposal based on comments received at the February 15 Planning Group <br />meeting. The proposal is undergoing text changes and still needs a final review <br />by the subcommittee; thus it is not included in this mailing.
