Various ideas were <br />discussed, but time constraints precluded the subcommittee <br />making a recommendation. One subcommittee member suggested <br />incorporating text discussed for the preamble into the body <br />of the Draft Vision Statement. This is attached as <br />ALTERNATIVE VISION STATEMENT with the text changes in bold <br />italics. <br />
