DocuSign Envelope ID: B6D50041- 4029- 45D2- A904- A005EF2DD654 <br />Site Civil Grading & Drainage Plan: <br />As part of the consulting services, SUMMIT will prepare a final Grading and Drainage Plan for the <br />project area. The scope of work for this task is outdined as follows: <br />1. Survey - SUMMIT will perform a topographic survey of the project area as noted on the <br />referenced project area map. The topographic survey will run along the north and <br />northeast sides of the building from the edge of S. Cameron St. to the intersection of <br />E. Margaret Lane, and along the edge of E. Margaret Lane down to the culvert and <br />creek. Summit well prepare a base map drawing of the project area to be used for <br />Grading and Drainage Plan design. <br />2. Grading & Drainage 'Plan - SUMMIT will prepare a Grading and Drainage Plan of the <br />project area to be used for final grading of the site, including any recommended <br />drainage pipe connections for roof drains, foundation drains and drained inlets. The plan <br />will include the specifications and details for the execution of the referenced work by <br />the contractor. <br />Note: This plan will be an amendment to the Construction Drawings for the referenced project. <br />This task does not include any submittals or review by the Town of Hillsborough. If plan design <br />submittals are required, the submittal and review process will be done on a time- and - material <br />basis according to the attached Schedule of Standard Rates, <br />Construction Administration - SUMMIT will facilitate contractor selection, negotiation, and <br />finalizing construction contracts. We will also periodically monitor the contractor's adherence to <br />the project plans and specifications. SUMMIT will review and approve all Payment Requests and <br />facilitate the processing of any necessary Change Orders. <br />FEE TOTAL: $ I0,000,00 <br />Qualifications and Exclusions: <br />The following are excluded from our Scope of Services: <br />• Environmental delineation is not included. <br />• The Owner will pay all regulatory application /permitting fees, either directly or as <br />reimbursable expense. <br />• Construction Material Testing services are excluded. <br />• Additional services outside the scope of services will be provided if requested by <br />the Client at our standard hourly billing rates. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to provide these services.
