The appropriate time to start the mechanical systems and climatic condition shall be jointly <br />determined by the CMAR and the Project Designer. Use of the equipment in this manner shall in <br />no way affect the warranty requirements of the CMAR. <br />19.6. The CMAR shall coordinate the Work so that the building's permanent power wiring distribution <br />system shall be in sufficient readiness to provide power as required by the HVAC Subcontractor <br />for temporary climatic control. <br />19.7. The CMAR shall coordinate the Work so that the building's permanent lighting system shall be <br />ready at the time the Subcontractors begin final interior painting and other final interior finishes <br />and shall provide adequate lighting in those areas where other interior painting and finishing is <br />being performed. <br />19.8. The CMAR shall be responsible for its permanently fixed service facilities and systems in use <br />during progress of the Work. The following procedures shall be strictly adhered to: <br />19.8.1.
