We recognize the importance of developing Local Businesses and fostering growth <br />within our industry. <br />As part of the Pre - Construction Services, our team provides continuous constructability analysis, logistics and phasing <br />requirements, document review, and estimate updates. Once the analysis has been completed, the team incorporates <br />all decisions regarding scope into the final Contract Documents. We identify and meet with "Local" key trades, solicit <br />"Local" suppliers, and hold a pre -bid conference where we promote and stress the importance of participation from <br />Local, Minority -owned and Women -owned businesses. Drawings and Specifications are also made available on <br />our Bid Management website for easy access.To assist in this effort our Supplier Diversity Department gives their <br />wholehearted attention to Local, Minority -owned and Women -owned businesses to ensure they are provided equal <br />access and opportunities for participation. <br />Local Business participation is an essential component that we manage with our standard level of excellence.
