For each, briefly describe the coordinated /collaborative efforts. <br />• Compass Center for Women and Families (CCWF) <br />CCWF is our open distribution program which means that anyone who lives <br />in Town of Carrboro, Town of Chapel Hill, and Orange County and are in <br />diaper need can get the items they need from CCWF. We feel having an <br />open source is vital for every community we serve. Based on our research, <br />78 % of families that receive our diapers are working 1 -3 jobs.
