Our Executive Director has been with the <br />agency since she founded it in 2013. <br />• In 2017, we launched our Truckload of Hope initiative. The Truckload of Hope <br />is our mobile diaper bank that travels to Fayetteville, NC monthly to distribute <br />diapers and related products to over 600 military families. <br />f) Schedule of Positions (For Entire Agency) <br />• Full Time Equivalent (FTE) staff will be noted as 1.00; half time as .50; quarter time as .25, etc. <br />• Calculate a Full Time Equivalent for all recorded volunteer hours using the following: <br />Total Volunteer Hours = Volunteer FTE <br />2,080 <br /># of FTE - Full-Time Paid Positions: 1.0 <br /># of FTE - Paid Part -Time Positions: 1.75 <br /># of Volunteers: 450 per month <br />g) Living Wage <br /># of FTE - Volunteers: 2.5 <br />Does this agency pay permanent employees a minimum living wage?
