TJCOG will <br />execute a sub - contract with National Environmental Modeling and <br />Analysis Center ( NEMAC), act as the primary contact for all parties, <br />and ensure all deliverables are completed as agreed upon by the <br />Triangle Regional Resiliency Assessment Steering Committee. TJCOG <br />will act as the fiscal agent for the duration of the project. <br />Staff- Jen Schmitz, Principal Planner <br />Meeting Facilitation <br />Stage1 - <br />$2,811 <br />$716 <br />TJCOG will support up to 6 large workshops (30 attendees) and up to 6 <br />smaller meetings with working groups (12 attendees). TJCOG will <br />prepare for, host, and follow -up NEMAC's meetings. Tasks may include <br />compiling invite lists from partners, managing RSVPs, scheduling <br />planning calls, confirming meeting space, providing meeting supplies <br />(i.e. projector, flipcharts, etc.), printing required documents, taking <br />notes, providing refreshments, follow -up with meetings, and next steps. <br />Stage 2 - <br />A final "touchdown" meeting will be held to publicize the Resiliency <br />Assessment and completion of the report. <br />Staff- Jen Schmitz, Principal Planner <br />Report Editing and Dissemination <br />Stage 2 - <br />$0 <br />$2,044 <br />TJCOG will coordinate the editing process for the final report.
