1~ <br />AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN <br />LATDLAW ENVIItONMENTAL SERVICES CTS), INC. <br />AND <br />THE COUNTY OF CHATHAM, THE COUNTY OF DURHAM, <br />'1~E COUNTY OF ORANGE, THE COUNTY OF WAKE, <br />'THE TOWN OF CARRBORO, THE TOWN OF CHAPEL HILL, <br />AND THE CITY OF DURHAM <br />A CONCF.RNXNG <br />HGUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE COLLECTION <br />This Household Hazardous Waste Collection Agreement ("this <br />Agreement") by and between the Counties of Orange, Chatham, Wake and <br />Durham, the City of Durham and the Towns of Chapel Hill and Carrboro, all of <br />which are sovereign governmental entities located in the State of North Carolina <br />(hereinafter referred to individually as a "Sponsor" or mlleciively referred to as <br />the "Sponsors", as the context may require) and Laidlaw Environmental Services <br />(TS); Inc., a Delaware corporation, (hereinafter "LES") is entered into on this the <br />day of 1994. <br />WITNESSETH: <br />,the Sponsors desire to conduct Household Hazardous Waste <br />Collection Programs to provide a safe, convenient place where citizens of the <br />Sponsors can dispose of stored household hazardous wastes; and <br />
