• Meetings with all top 5 businesses as well as Durham Tech's Orange <br />County Campus and UNC Health Care - Hillsborough Campus <br />o Host an annual Hillsborough - Orange County Chamber of <br />Commerce Training <br />5.2.c Conduct individualized employer outreach to targeted employers. - The <br />Orange County TDM Coordinator will establish a list of the top five employers in <br />Hillsborough and will establish relationships with them that will allow for direct or indirect <br />communication with their employees through a designated transportation coordinator. <br />With their input, outreach will be targeted for the needs and opportunities of those <br />employees in collaboration with local partners. OCCO will use outreach materials and <br />presentations tailored to the Hillsborough business community under Task #3. <br />■ Proposed Outputs and Outcome Tracking <br />• Meetings with all top 5 businesses as well as Durham Tech's Orange <br />County Campus and UNC Health Care - Hillsborough Campus. <br />o Create materials tailored to each business. <br />o 5.6.a Ensure students are aware of and encouraged to use TDM services during <br />peak hours. - The Orange County TDM Coordinator will establish contact with the <br />Durham Tech Orange County Campus in Hillsborough to reach out to students to inform <br />and encourage the use of alternative commute modes. <br />■ Proposed Outputs and Outcome Tracking <br />• Outreach to Durham Tech quarterly to update their information on TDM <br />services for their students and track participation. <br />Top Task #5: Monitoring, Reporting, and Process Improvement <br />Description — The Orange County TDM Coordinator will evaluate the effectiveness of their output <br />and track all measurable outcomes of their activities. Given the critical role of tracking and <br />reporting program performance to justify the OCCO Program as well as the Triangle TDM <br />Program overall, the Orange County TDM Coordinator will make this a Top Task. They will also <br />take time to participate in making improvements to regional TDM services, and critically assess <br />their own programs, using the data they collect to make process improvements. <br />At the end of each quarter, the Orange County TDM Coordinator will submit a quarterly report, <br />which will include tracking data on program participation and the estimated impact of marketing <br />and promotional campaigns within that quarter.
