(a) TRIANGLE J COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS <br />World Class Region <br />May 18, 2018 <br />Mr. Theo Letman <br />Orange County Public Transportation <br />131 West Margaret Lane, PO Box 8181 <br />Hillsborough, NC 27278 <br />RE: FY18 -2019 Orange County Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Grant Award <br />Dear Mr. Thompson, <br />The North Carolina Department of Transportation, Durham - Chapel Hill- Carrboro Metropolitan Planning <br />Organization, and Triangle J Council of Governments have approved a total budget In the amount of $62,014 for <br />Orange County's Transportation Demand Management (TDM) program activities. <br />A contract for the project agreement between Orange County and Triangle J Council of Governments as well as the <br />approved project budget' has been sent via email. Once you have determined that the contract Is acceptable, <br />please sign and mall two copies to Jenny Halsey, TJCOG, 4307 Emperor Bind, Suite 110, Durham, NC27703. We <br />will execute them and mail one back to you. Agreements must be fully executed prior to expenditure of funds.
