b. The Recipient. The Recipient may terminate its participation in the Project by notifying and <br />receiving the concurrence of TJCOG thirty (30) days in advance of the termination. <br />Section 30. Contract Administrators. <br />All notices permitted or required to be given by one Party to the other and all questions about this <br />Agreement from one Party to the other shall be addressed and delivered to the other Party's <br />Contract Administrator. The name, postal address, street address, telephone number, fax number, <br />and email address of the Parties' respective initial Contract Administrators are set out below. Either <br />Party may change the name, postal address, street address, telephone number, fax number, or email <br />address of its Contract Administrator by giving timely written notice to the other Party. <br />Section 31. Federal Certification Regarding Lobbying. <br />The Recipient certifies, by signing this Agreement, its compliance with Subsection 3d of this <br />Agreement. <br />Section 32. Federal Certification Regarding Debarment. <br />The Recipient certifies, by signing this Agreement, its compliance with Subsection 3b of this <br />Agreement. <br />Section 33. Federal Certification Regarding Alcohol Misuse and Prohibited Drug Use. <br />As required by FTA regulations, "Prevention of Alcohol Misuse and Prohibited Drug Use in Transit <br />Operations," at 49 CFR part 655, subpart I, the Recipient certifies, by signing this Agreement, that it <br />has established and implemented an alcohol misuse and anti -drug program, and has complied with <br />or will comply with all applicable requirements of FTA regulations, "Prevention of Alcohol Misuse <br />and Prohibited Drug Use in Transit Operations," 49 CFR part 655, and Section 22 of this Agreement. <br />Page 17 of 18 <br />
