Seconded <br />by Noah Ranells. <br />Vote: Unanimous <br />Robert Davis: This will probably go to in the BOCC at the meeting on October 19. <br />Noah Ranells: Can we request a change from 85 feet to 50 feet? <br />Robert Davis: Yes, I've done that already.. <br />Hunter Schofield: Let's move on to agenda item #8 Agenda Setting Process <br />AGENDA ITEM #8: REVIEW OI' RULES OF PROCEDURE AND AGENDA SETTING PROCESS <br />Presenter: Robert Davis, AICP <br />Robert Davis: There will just be a presentation with no action taken tonight. There is now <br />clarification on the resignation process written into the Procedures. <br />Noah Ranells: Can we change it also to add this room (the Food Lab) to the bottom of page 036? <br />Robert Davis: Yes.. Next item -Agenda Setting Process. The agenda is sent to the Chair and <br />Vice Chair of the Board. The members would contact the Chair and Vice Chair about the issues <br />they would like to be discussed. This is not an ordinance, and aze guidelines for scheduled <br />meetings only, We can't vote tonight, but will bring them back next month for the vote.. <br />Renee Price: What about voting or abstaining? <br />Robert Davis: That is based on Robert's Rules of Order. <br />Hunter Schofield: There is no abstention process; you have to vote yes or no. But it doesn't say <br />that if you abstain that it will be an affirmative vote. <br />Jay Bryan: Under a sepazate policy, there can be an "excused" vote. <br />Hunter Schofield: According to this we don't need an abstention process. <br />
