A third proposed revision clarifies voting procedures and was drafted by the County Attorney <br />Cleanup items include: set location of meetings to the Food Lab at 306 Revere Road, <br />Hillsborough and to specify that agenda item requests can be sent to the Vice-Chair as well as <br />the Chair, [See Section A under Article VII -Meetings, and see renumbered Section G <br />Conduct of Meetings under Article VII -Meetings] <br />In accordance with Article IX -Amendments, any amendments to the Rules of Procedure may <br />be voted upon at a meeting following the initial presentation of said amendments, The Planning <br />Board was presented with the revisions at the July 7, 2004, September 1, 2004, December 1, <br />2004, January 12, 2005 and the March 5, 2005 meetings. <br />The Planning Board unanimously recommended approval of the updated rules at its March 5, <br />2005 meeting, <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: No financial impact. <br />RECOMMENDATION: ADMINISTRATION recommends APPROVAL of the updated Rules of <br />Procedure. <br />PLANNING BOARD recommends APPROVAL of the updated Rules <br />of Procedure. <br />
