Tim Webb seconded the <br />motion. <br />VOTE: Unanimous <br />AGENDA ITEM #5: PUQLIC CHARGE <br />AGENDA ITEM #6: CHAIR COMMENTS <br />AGENDA ITEM #7: COMMITTEE/ADVISORY BOARD REPORTS <br />a. Board of Adjustment <br />Ted Triebel: No meeting. <br />b. Agricultural Preservation Board <br />Noah Ranells: We met on December 15 and discussed the status of the report of Rural Character <br />and Farmland Protection Workgroup. The Board is keenly interested in the report, <br />a Orange County/Hillsborough Urban Transition Area Task Force <br />Tom Alteri: The task force completed their last meeting on December 15, 2004. Staff is <br />working on the final report that will be available in draft format next week then circulated to the <br />Task Force members for comments. This will be presented at the February 17, 2005 BOCC <br />meeting with Hillsborough.. <br />Hunter Schofield: Before we continue we need to do a reality check about our agenda and the <br />items on it. Should they be prioritized? <br />Noah Ranells: My suggestion is 10, 9, 8 and then 11. <br />Brian Dobyns: What is the time frame for Twin Creeks? <br />.Jay Bryan: The Board of County Commissioners will review it on .January 24, 2005 but before <br />the plan goes to Can-boro, <br />Brian Dobyns: We can keep this as the last item? <br />Nicole Graysmith: Do we need to vote on item #9? <br />Robert Davis: You should hear the rules one time and then vote on them the next. <br />Hunter Schofield: The agenda items can be changed to #9, #10, #8 and then #11? <br />AGENDA ITEM #9: SECTION 2 -APPROVAL OF REVISIONS TO PLANNING BOARD RULES OF <br />PROCEDURE <br />The Board will consider revisions to the Planning Board Rules of <br />Procedures to provide clarifications on the agenda setting process, the <br />5 <br />
