The individuals OE and CCA serve suffer from an <br />unemployment rate of over 65% and on an annual basis we place over 125 individuals into jobs <br />in Alamance, Caswell, Durham and Orange counties. <br />We expertly clean federal, state and local government buildings in both North and South <br />Carolina and have been doing this for the last 11 years. <br />Cost for monthly cleaning of 510 Meadowlands Dr. (EMS) — $1,840.00 per month (3.75 <br />staff hours /day) Tuesday through Saturday schedule (Saturday hours to be in afternoon). <br />Tuesday through Friday times to be determined but will be in the am each day. <br />Cost for monthly cleaning of Environmental & Agriculture Center, Revere Road - <br />$1,707.00 per month (3.5 staff hours /day) Monday through Friday schedule, exact times to <br />be determined but will be in the am each day. <br />Orange County provides all cleaning supplies and chemicals. <br />Sincerely, <br />Joe Bumgarner, Jr., BS, QP <br />Director of Business Development & Strategy <br />
