In construing this Lease feminine or neuter pronouns <br />shall be substituted for those masculine in form and vice versa, and plural terms shall be <br />substituted for singular and singular for plural in any place in which the context so requires. <br />34. Memorandum of Lease. In lieu of recording this Lease County and Tenant <br />may execute a Memorandum of Lease for recordation. Such Memorandum of Lease shall <br />comply with Article 8 of Chapter 47 of the North Carolina General Statutes. <br />35. Entire Agreement.
