All effort will be done to minimize the number of minimum charge accounts and <br />individually set carts behind shopping centers will not be considered minimum stops. Collection <br />will include an excellent level of education and outreach to the individual waste generators. This <br />will cover all weighing, rinsing of carts, and transport to Brooks Compost Facility. <br />Tipping fee at Brooks Compost Facility will be $23.00 per ton <br />For dumpsters, Brooks Contractor will continue to handle them hauling direct and would rather <br />continue to charge a flat fee of $80 per ton to keep prices to some structure that acknowledges <br />more cost for more material and less cost for less material. However, if a flat fee needs to be <br />applied regardless of what is in the dumpster, pricing will be as follows per collection: <br />2cy dumpster: $50.00 <br />icy dumpster: $75.00 <br />4cy dumpster: $100.00 <br />Indoor Organic Waste Pail costs are negotiable depending on the application and number needed. <br />We are willing to work with the County on pricing for anything that goes beyond our current <br />program. As part of our program, it is important to note that we provide everything that the <br />customer needs to implement and maintain a successful composting program. <br />12.1.15 Financial Capabilily Capability and Insurance <br />Brooks Contractor is a privately held corporation in good financial standing with all loan <br />agencies usually sought if large purchases are required. If at all possible, purchases are made <br />with current reserves and shall be done so with any initial materials needed for the expansion <br />phase of this contract. Large purchases that may need to be made throughout the contractual <br />agreement will be negotiated through bank loans as necessary investment infrastructure.
