DocuSign Envelope ID: 88A54057 -CC31- 4328 - 9012- 2B021842D3E4 <br />NORTH CAROLINA <br />ORANGE COUNTY <br />CONTRACT AMENDMENT #3 <br />THIS CONTRACT AMENDMENT ( "Amendment ") is made and <br />entered into this 30th day of - June _ 2018 by and between ORANGE <br />COUNTY (hereinafter referred to as "County ") and Clean Harbors <br />Environmental Services, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Provider "). <br />WITNESSETH: <br />THAT WHEREAS, the County and Provider entered into a contract dated <br />May 15, 2012 amended by addendum September 5, <br />2013and again on June 1, 2017 for the disposal of <br />household hazardous waste materials (hereinafter the <br />"Original Agreement "); and <br />WHEREAS, the County and Provider desire to amend the Original <br />Agreement while keeping in effect all terms and conditions of the <br />Original Agreement, as amended, not inconsistent with the terms and <br />conditions set forth below. <br />NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration for the mutual covenants and <br />agreements made in the Original Agreement, as amended, and herein, the <br />parties agree to amend the Original Agreement, as amended, as follows: <br />1 .
