We will provide a 5' wide bridge from scaffolding to the dormer on <br />roof. One plastic trash chute will be hung from the end of the scaffolding. Stair access is <br />also provided. <br />DEMOLITION <br />• Removal and disposal all drywall with asbestos containing joint compound, carpet, case <br />work, base molding, shoe molding, insulation, sinks, toilets and flooring. All work to be <br />performed within negative pressure containment. Third party, Trinity Environmental, LLC <br />PCM air clearance testing after the demolition is completed is included. A waste manifest <br />will be provided as proof of proper disposal of asbestos containing materials. <br />PLUMBING <br />• All water supply and waste lines will be removed and capped below the subfloor. <br />ELECTRICAL <br />• Demolition of existing electrical outlets, light switches and light fixtures. Removal of all <br />electrical wiring and conduit in the attic back to the electrical panel. <br />ITEMS NOT INCLUDED <br />Page 12 <br />
