Phase I. Approximately $1,380,000 remains in the $2.0 million Soccer Superfund as identified <br />in the 2001 bond. In addition, staff has proposed a possible grant application far up to $500,000 <br />to the Parks and Recreation Trust Fund or PARTF (next cycle is .lanuary 2006). <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the BOCC receive the report of the <br />Work Group, and consider adoption of a Master Plan at this or a subsequent meeting. A <br />phasing plan for the park and authorization for the Carrboro CUP application would also be <br />requested at a subsequent meeting. <br />
