DocuSign Envelope ID: 06D69000- 35C9 -4B3F- 9602- 53D99CB6C5F4 <br />NORTH CAROLINA CONTRACT AMENDMENT <br />ORANGE COUNTY <br />THIS CONTRACT AMENDMENT ( "Amendment ") is made and entered into this 22nd day of June, 2018 by and between <br />ORANGE COUNTY (hereinafter referred to as "County ") and NYMIA Group, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Consultant "). <br />WITNESSETH: <br />THAT WHEREAS, the County and Consultant entered into a contract dated November 21, 2017, (hereinafter the "Original <br />Agreement "), for the provision of consulting services for the reframing of the County's housing program offerings; and <br />WHEREAS, the County and Consultant amended the Original Agreement, on February 1, 2018 to include additional work items while <br />keeping in effect all other terms and conditions of the Original Agreement not inconsistent with the terms and conditions set forth <br />below. <br />NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements made herein, the parties agree to implement a <br />second amendment of the Original Agreement as follows: <br />In order to ensure the completion of the services identified in the term of the Original Agreement and all previous <br />amendments are further amended to reflect an end date by which all services shall be completed by August 31, 2018. <br />2. Except for the changes made herein, the Original Agreement as previously amended shall remain in full force and effect <br />to the extent it is not inconsistent with this Amendment.
