9. General <br />a. Agreement Modifications <br />This Agreement can be modNled only by written agreement duly conceded by persons <br />authorized to sign agreements on behalf of Customer and Of FASTER. Any variance From the <br />term and conditions of this Agreement In any order or other written notification from the <br />Customer will be of no effect. <br />B. EMIre Agreement <br />This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement among the parties, and any prior <br />understanding or representation of any kind preceding the date of this Agreement shall not <br />be binding on any Forty e¢ept to the extent incorporated In this Agreement. <br />c. No Other Warranties outside of this Agreement <br />EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT, FASTER DISCLAIMS <br />ALL WARRANTIES WITH REGARD TO THE FASTER PRODUCT SOLD HEREUNDER, INCLUDING <br />ALL IMPLIED WARRANNES OF MARKETABILITY AND FITNESS AND ALL OBLIGATIONS OR <br />LIABILITIES ON THE PAM OF FASTER VCR DAMAGES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, <br />CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR <br />PERFORMANCE OF THE SYSTEM. <br />d. Savings Clause <br />If any pmvHion or provBHem of this Agreement shall be held to be Invalid, glegal,ornon- <br />enf orceable , the validity, legality, and enfomeabllRy of the remaining provisions shall not In <br />anyway be affected or Impaired thereby. <br />e.
