<br />I. Copy or dupliata or permit anyone else to copy or duplicate, my physical or magnetic
<br />version ofthe programs, documentation, or information punished by FASTER in
<br />machine - readable form.

<br />engineer ing or object program or otherwise, the source programs, or my pan thereof,
<br />from the object program or from other information made available under this Agreement
<br />or othnwig, (whether mad, written, tangible, or intangible). Customer may copy for its
<br />own mo, and at its own expense, operator manuals, training materials, and other terminal
<br />copies made for their distribution.
<br />r. DemoamMons. Due m the proprietary nature of FASTERS Flat Management System,
<br />Customer agrees not he demonstrate or show this system to any competroo, or consultants
<br />that wok with competitors, of FASTER.
<br />e TranderAimvnsion of Rights
<br />The Customer's rights re use the programs, documentation, manuals, and other materials
<br />supplied by FASTER under this Agreement shall not be assigned, licensed, or transferred to a
<br />successor, affiliate or any other person, firm, corporation, ar organisation vowMaoly, by
<br />operation or law, or in my other manner without the prior swum consent of FASTER, which
<br />shell not he unreasonably withheld.
<br />d. Remedies
<br />If Customer whimpts to use, ropy, license, or convey the items supplied by FASTER hereunder,
<br />in a contrary w the terms of this Agreement or in competition with FASTER or in
<br />derogation of FASTER's proprietary rights, whether these rights we explicitly herein ended,
<br />determined by law, or otherwise, FASTER may, in addition to other remedies available w it,
<br />seek equitable reliefenjoining such action.
