County representatives, <br />including Commissioners Carey and Halkiotis, the County Manager and the Purchasing and <br />Central Services Director will also participate in the selection of the architect. <br />Matters of joint ownership between DTCC and Orange County, along with an agreement <br />outlining responsibilities thereafter of both parties, will be brought forward for consideration at a <br />subsequent meeting, <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no financial impact associated with this action, <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board receive public comment <br />as appropriate; approve Amendment #3 to the purchase agreement, the final BOCC action, with <br />Norca Holdings; authorize the Chair to sign the Amendment on behalf of the Board; and, <br />authorize the County Manager, the County Attorney and the Gounty Finance Director or any of <br />them as they deem appropriate to do all things necessary to close on the sale of the property <br />and to sign any and all documents necessary to close on the property, <br />
