Affordable Housing Advisory Board <br />Southern Human Services Building <br />2501 Homestead Rd <br />Chapel Hill, NC 27516 <br />Minutes <br />Tuesday, September 13, 2016 <br />Members Present: Patsy Barbee, Chair; Arthur Sprinczeles, Vice Chair; Eleanor <br />Kinnaird; Noah Oswald; Nannie Richmond; Diane Beecham, Tammy Jacobs <br />Excused Absence: Daniel Bullock <br />Unexcused Absence: <br />Staff Present: Audrey Spencer - Horsley, Director; and Angela Rockett, <br />Administrative Assistant, Alicia Jones; Housing Program Manager <br />Welcome /Introduction <br />The AHAB Chair Patsy Barbee, called the meeting to order at 6:25 pm. <br />Approval of Minutes <br />Minutes not approved due to lack of quorum. <br />Departmental /County Report <br />Audrey Spencer - Horsley thanked everyone who attended the tour. She asked for <br />feedback. Ellie Kinnaird stated that it was very informative and very well put <br />together. Patsy said it was great and she enjoyed it. She enjoyed meeting the <br />commissioners and guest. She enjoyed the breakfast and lunch. Other members <br />agreed. Ms. Spencer - Horsley shared that she was asked to do a second tour. <br />Ms. Spencer - Horsley discussed the Affordable Housing Strategic Plan and the <br />target population that we want to serve. The AHAB board has been <br />recommended to review the criteria and proposals and make a recommendation <br />to the BOCC. At the October 4, 2016 BOCC meeting there will be discussion about <br />
