DRAFT <br />WHEREAS, on April _, 2005 the County conducted a public hearing, following <br />publication of notice of that public hearing at least 10 days before the hearing was held, for the <br />purpose of receiving public comment on this proposed Agreement between the County and <br />Orange Enterprises; and <br />WHEREAS, at that public hearing information was provided by or on behalf of Orange <br />Enterprises as follows: <br />6 <br />1.
