Asset Management Services <br />PROJECT NAME/LOCATION: Highway 70 Tracts <br />Development Surveys <br />Hillsborough, NC <br />SCOPE AND EXTENT OF SERVICES: Deed research, field measurements, <br />computations and drafting necessary to perform the following Tasks: <br />Task A — Topographic Survey <br />Field survey of the three tracts and a portion of West Hill Avenue, excluding wetlands and <br />area within stream buffers, in order to prepare a topographic survey which accurately depicts <br />the following data: two foot contour interval, "Canopy Trees" as defined in Hillsborough <br />UDO, pavement, and any observable features which may impact design parameters. <br />Topographic Survey to also include the 1.2 acre "swap area ". <br />Task A Fixed Fee: $11,200.00 <br />Task B— Off -site Topographic Survey Areas <br />Field survey of 4 off -site areas: <br />1) 80'X 400' strip from eastern line of the subject property immediately north of the <br />Lisa Hall's southern property line <br />2) Us 70 1,300'X 80' strip <br />3) A 0.4 acre portion of the NCDOT property adjacent and immediately north of the <br />subject property <br />4) 30' strip of US 70(north side) to Holiday Park Road approximately 1,400 L.F. <br />All above areas shall be surveyed to include the following topographic data: US 70 R/W and <br />off -site property lines, two foot contour interval, "Canopy Trees" as defined in Hillsborough <br />UDO, overhead/ underground utilities, to the extent the latter may be shown based on <br />markings by 811, drives, pavement markings, storm /sewer structures with rim, invert and <br />pipe data, all above ground appurtenances for existing waterlines and any observable <br />features which may impact design parameters. <br />Task B Fixed Fee: $9,800.00 <br />Phone — (919)667 -0742 Fax — (919)402 -0234 <br />NC Firm License C -1281 <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
