DocuSign Envelope ID: 9390DEFB -51EE- 4441- 8D3B- OC3A8B573C85 <br />Task C— Wetlands Delineation Survey <br />Field measurements, computations, co- ordination with Environmental Science Consultant <br />and drafting, including prior work completed, necessary to prepare the Wetlands <br />Delineation Survey to the specifications as required by USACE. <br />Task C Fixed Fee: $3,800.00 <br />Task D— Recombination Plat <br />Additional deed research, field measurements, computations, co- ordination with <br />Owners /Hillsborough Planning/Orange County Register of Deeds and drafting necessary <br />to prepare a recombination plat that includes agreed "land swap" area for the 8.8 acre <br />parcel. Survey shall also depict existing and new lot lines for the Holloway property(now <br />6.4 acres)which will require survey of that property /improvements. <br />Task D Fixed Fee: $3,900.00 <br />Special Provisions - <br />1) We are prepared to begin work immediately upon receipt of <br />executed separate County Contract. Please allow 3 -4 <br />weeks thereafter for completion and delivery of Task A. <br />2) Underground utilities shall be surveyed and mapped only as <br />marked by 811 representatives. <br />3) Orange County to obtain permission from affected <br />property owners for the survey activities on their <br />properties prior to survey commencement. <br />4) Pavement elevations to be embedded in the Awg digital file <br />to be provided in addition to the sealed survey. <br />5) All surveys shall be tied to NAD'83 and NAVD'88 as necessary to conform with GS 47- <br />30 and 21 NCAC 56. <br />The Terms and Conditions following this form are a part of this Agreement.
