The materials will be <br />included in a large pdf file, with sub -files bookmarked as separate pdfs. Links will also be <br />provided within the pdf sections to materials that are already provided elsewhere and /or <br />regularly updated by other agencies, such as NCDOT and the MPOs /RPO. In this way, <br />information is uniformly and accurately updated by the responsible agency. Additional links <br />on the transportation web page will be provided for the general public. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no immediate financial impact associated with this item. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): Staff recommends that the OUTBoard discuss as appropriate, <br />and provide input. <br />WZ <br />
