This is an important managerial staff position within our department,
providing much needed oversight, and meeting regulatory compliance, grants and
human resource management, operational and fiscal reporting requirements.
TeLeishia Holloway, a Washington, DC native, is a seasoned professional in the
industries of Transportation Operations and Human Capital Management. TeLeishia
holds two Bachelor's degrees and one Master's degree. Throughout her professional
career, she has over 15 years of progressively responsible experience leading the
implementation of HR. programs and transit systems operations from North Carolina
to Atlanta, to Washington, DC. While attending undergraduate studies at North
Carolina Central University, she worked at Durham Area Transit Authority (now known
as Go Durham) and quickly exceled from Customer Service Rep to HR. Coordinator.
Most recently in transportation, she has served as the Assistant General Manager on
three multi - million - dollar metro Atlanta contracts, with the U.S. leader in
transportation contracting, First Transit. Safety was the primary component to
running extremely successful, safe, timely, and dependable service to the riders in
those areas.
In her spare time, TeLeishia enjoys volunteering in the community, traveling the globe,
reading, and dancing.
Posted: 14 February 2018
W
