Libraries are modern community centers for education, information and entertainment <br />and play a major role in providing residents with resources they need to live, learn and work in <br />the 215 century. Libraries in Orange County promote the love of reading, foster the pursuit of <br />knowledge and are places of opportunity for all residents. <br />The Orange County Library has planned a number of programs and activities in celebration of <br />this event. <br />Sunday.
