This board must determine that the location and the charcter of 382 <br />the use, if developed according to the plan submitted, will or will not be in harmony with the area in which it 383 <br />is to be located and the use is in compliance with the plan for the physical development of the County as 384 <br />embodied in these regulations. Do I have a motion that the location and character of the use, if developed 385 <br />according to the plan submitted, will be in harmony with the area? 386 <br /> 387
