She resumed the PowerPoint presentation: <br /> <br /> <br />Bonnie Hammersley said the Centre for Homeownership was contracted with the <br />Housing Department, and then requested funding as an outside agency. She said the County <br />will continue to work with the Centre for Homeownership on a contract with the Housing <br />Department. She said when staff met with the outside agencies in housing, staff heard that <br />there is some redundancy in the Centre for Homeownership, who is doing training for new <br />home ownership people. She said staff will look at this more closely for collaboration <br />opportunities. She said there are different populations being served at different levels, and <br />Sherrill Hampton, Housing Director, will contact the Centre for Homeownership to continue <br />working with them.
