Laughlin, MS, CES, CHMM <br />Environmental Scientist <br />18 <br />As an environmental project manager, Mr. Laughlin is responsible for project <br />management and coordination of field services and responsibilities. Areas of <br />stormwater responsibilities include stormwater compliance (VPDES), stormwater <br />inspections during and after construction, erosion and sediment control inspections <br />during and after construction, TMDL loading calculations, SWPPP preparation and <br />review, SPCC preparation and review, pollution prevention plan preparation and <br />review, stormwater sampling and reporting. He is also responsible for laboratory data <br />validation and numerical methods of data analysis, field supervision of monitoring <br />projects, and writing reports for long and short term stormwater monitoring projects. <br />Manager <br />23 years with the firm Groundwater Monitoring Program Management: Mr. Laughlin is currently <br />23 years of experience responsible for managing the environmental tasks at ten landfill facilities.
