DocuSign Envelope ID: 1 COFA69C- 6757 -43BD- 8570- E9C8F4DE644E <br />Section Two <br />Experience <br />Orange County Solid Waste Department <br />Orange County, North Carolina <br />Permitting and Design <br />Design and permit application preparation for the 70 -acre expansion of the regional landfill serving the Towns <br />of Chapel Hill, Carborro, and Hillsboro and Orange County were completed and approved by the State NCDEQ. <br />Components of the project included maximizing landfill volume, collecting and managing leachate generated <br />by the new facility, and providing detailed phasing to minimize expenditures and leachate generation. <br />Landfill Construction Management <br />Draper Aden Associates has provided construction management and QC /CQA services for the several landfill <br />construction projects as follows: <br />Eubanks Road New Subtitle D Phases 1 -3 Landfill Facility. The work encompassed a 12 -acre cell, leachate <br />holding basin, scale facilities, public use area and other facilities. <br />Eubanks Road Subtitle D Landfill Phase 4 Expansion. The work encompassed a 7 -acre cell expansion and <br />haul road extension. <br />• Eubanks Road Subtitle D Landfill Closure. The work encompassed QC testing and inspection for the 32 <br />acre closure of the facility. <br />Environmental and Groundwater Services <br />Over the years, Draper Aden Associates has successfully managed the environmental monitoring programs at <br />the Orange County Landfill and Orange County C &D Landfill, and has saved the County significant money with <br />innovative approaches and advocating on behalf of the County to NCDEQ.
