I have BS in Civil Engineering from the University of <br />Notre Dame and a MS in Environmental Engineering from UNC Chapel Hill. I also pursued a <br />Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from UNC Chapel Hill which I did not complete. During the <br />Master’s course work I was a student of many professors, including Dan Okun, who have <br />been instrumental over the years in guiding OWASAâ €™s policy and technical practices. <br />I previously served on the OWSA Board as one of the Orange County Representatives from <br />May, 2012 through September, 2015 and in that capacity served as Secretary and Vice Chair. I <br />needed to resign from my reappointment to the second three-year term in October, 2015 due to <br />the travel and technical challenges of a new job that I took on.
