Build relationships with staff; work to learn issues and context history of decision-making <br />5. engage, educate/inform, community and relevant stakeholders in decision-making <br />What is OWASA's role in growth/development issues? <br />To support and facilitate responsible and sustainable growth of our community as directed by <br />the local elected Boards.
