Discounts <br />1 <br />904 – Slotting Discount: <br /> <br />FASTER does not hire outside trainers or consultants to <br />provide training and assistance to you when implementing <br />FASTER. We use our own team of highly experienced <br />professionals. This provides a much higher quality <br />implementation than our competitors who do not maintain as <br />large a staff to support their customers. <br /> <br />In addition, because of FASTER Web's preeminence we have <br />record numbers of new customers. And we attempt to give <br />customers the maximum amount of flexibility during the <br />implementation. As a result, we have periods during the year <br />that are very busy and others where some of our <br />Implementation Team will be waiting on customers and have <br />idle time they can devote to other projects. Therefore, we <br />offer a group of customers this slotting discount in exchange <br />for permitting us to flex some of their implementation tasks <br />around the needs of other customers. <br /> <br />This discount will apply should you provide a signed contract <br />and start your implementation by July 2, 2018. Annual software maintenance <br />is purchased or renewed every 12 months. Support services <br />apply to FASTER Web COTS System, Add-ons and <br />Customizations. After the initial renewal year, support costs <br />will increase at 3% annually.
