12 <br />Funding Recommendations: Having published a Request for Proposals for needed services for a <br />minimum of thirty (30) days, the JCPC has screened the submitted proposals and has determined <br />which. proposals best meet the advertised needed services. As required by statute, the JCPC <br />recommends allocation of the NC Department of Public Safety (NC DJJ) Funds to the following <br />programs in the amounts specified below for FY 18 -19 (see JCPC Funding Allocations page): <br />1. Boomerang <br />2. Child and Adolescent Outpatient Services <br />3. Family Advocacy Network <br />4. Juvenile Community Service and Restitution <br />5. Mediation/Conflict Resolution <br />6. Teen Court <br />7. Wrenn House <br />8.
