Minutes <br />The Board will consider correcting and/or approving the minutes from February 15, 17, and 28, 2005 <br />meetings as submitted by the Clerk to the Board. <br />b. Renewal of Consolidated A6reement Beh~veen Department of Health and Human Services acid the <br />Health Department <br />The Board will consider approving the annual consolidated agreement between the NC Department of <br />Health and Human Services and the Orange County Health Department, which provides State and Federal <br />funds to the Heath Department to partially support mandated services and authorize the Chair to sign the <br />agreement and assurances pending final review by the County Attorney. <br />
