CTC Proposal to Orange County and the Town of Hillsborough <br />April 17, 2018 <br />10 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Preliminary Project Timeline <br />The attached chart provides an estimated timeline for the execution of the project organized <br />according to the tasks detailed in the RFQ, spanning from design to construction phases, based <br />on our experiences with similar projects. <br />We estimate the project will require a period of approximately six months from project <br />initiation to completion of construction bid specifications, and includes estimated timeframes <br />for negotiation of necessary utility pole attachment agreements and associated make-ready <br />engineering to be performed by the utility pole owners. Actual timeframes will depend on a <br />number of factors ranging from existing utility pole conditions and congestion of underground <br />ROW, to permitting requirements and cooperation of railway owners. <br />28
